“Liam came recommended to us and we asked him to sand and treat the red cedar cladding at the front of our home. It was going to be a challenging job due to the conditions of the existing varnish which had cracked and peeled over the previous 5 years. Liam quoted and completed the job to an extremely high standard on time and on budget, his quality of workmanship is excellent and he is always polite and friendly. He used the dust-free sander to produce a fantastic result and he certainly didn’t leave any mess. Would like to add that two months after the job was complete a triangular piece of wood from the top apex needed re-fixing (nothing ro to do with his work!) and Liam happily returned to re-fix as he had a ladder and we were about to go away on holiday. Thank you, really delighted with the result and would definitely use for future jobs.”
